Recipe idea

Darjeeling Overnight Oats with Peach

Serves 2 · 10 min + overnight chilling

Steep 2 Organic Darjeeling tea bags in 3/4 cup (180 ml) of water at 194°F (90°C) for 4 minutes, remove them and let the tea cool.
In a bowl, mix the tea with 1 cup (90 g) of rolled oats, 1/2 cup (120 g) of plain yogurt and 1 tbsp of honey.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, divide between 2 bowls and top with a diced ripe peach and toasted sliced almonds.
