Recipe idea
Vanilla Tea Shortbread
- Cream 1/2 cup (115 g) of softened butter with 1/3 cup (40 g) of powdered sugar and the contents of 2 Vanilla N°212 tea bags.
- Add 1 1/4 cups (160 g) of flour and a pinch of salt, and mix just until a dough forms.
- Roll it into a log 2 inches (5 cm) in diameter, wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Slice into 1/4-inch (6 mm) rounds and bake on a lined baking sheet at 350°F (180°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, until lightly golden at the edges.
- Let cool on a rack and serve with a cup of the same tea.
