Three flowers of the Riviera in one gold box. Confiserie Florian, a Riviera confectioner founded in 1921, crystallizes rose petals, violet flowers and verbena leaves in sugar, giving each its frosted look and delicate crunch. The rose brings its floral sweetness, the violet its subtle perfume and the verbena a fresh, lemony note. Enjoy them as they are with coffee or tea, or scatter them over cakes, macarons and desserts for a touch of color.
