Small enough to slip beside a saucer, the Soft Nougat Bar Small from Arnaud Soubeyran still carries a long tradition. It is handcrafted in Montélimar, the historic home of French nougat, using traditional methods passed down through generations, with lavender and flower honey, almonds, and pistachios. Soft, chewy, and gently sweet, it melts in the mouth, a texture that speaks to the quality of its ingredients and the care of the craft. This small 50g bar also comes in a large 100g size. Enjoy it with an espresso or an afternoon tea.

The Maker
Almonds, honey, and time: the recipe is old, and it has never needed to hurry. Founded in 1837 in Montélimar, the birthplace of Nougat de Montélimar, Arnaud Soubeyran is a historic French confectionery house, recognized as one of the oldest nougat makers in France. For nearly two centuries, the house has kept its nougat-making expertise alive through traditional recipes and quality ingredients, honey and almonds first among them. Its nougats are still made by traditional methods, including slow cooking in copper kettles. The range spans soft nougat, hard nougat, gourmet sweets, and confections rooted in French culinary heritage.
