Earl Grey Fleurs London Fog

Serves 2 · 10 min

Steep 2 Earl Grey Fleurs sachets in 1 cup (240 ml) of water at 194°F (90°C) for 4 minutes, then remove them.
Meanwhile, heat 1 cup (240 ml) of milk with 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and 2 tsp of honey until steaming.
Froth the milk vigorously with a whisk or a milk frother.
Divide the tea between 2 mugs and top with the frothy vanilla milk.
