When the westerly winds skim the salt pans of Batz-sur-Mer, in Brittany, a rare and fleeting harvest begins. In these historic salt marshes, Binet 1660 gathers its West Wind fleur de sel, hand-sorted and naturally aged, with exceptionally crunchy crystals and a generous marine savor. An outstanding finishing salt, it crackles over lamb chops, a potato gratin, or a salted butter caramel.
