Serves 6 · 10 min
- Place 2 peeled lychees and a few mint leaves in each of 6 wine glasses.
- Add 2 tsp of elderflower syrup to each glass and fill with ice cubes.
- Top up with well-chilled L’Excessive Blanc and stir gently to keep the bubbles.
- Garnish with a thin slice of lime and serve at once.
