Earl Grey Lemonade

Serves 4 · 10 min + 2 h chilling

Steep 4 Organic Earl Grey tea bags in 2 cups (500 ml) of water at 194°F (90°C) for 4 minutes, then remove them.
Stir in 1/4 cup (50 g) of sugar until dissolved.
Add 2 cups (500 ml) of cold water and the juice of 2 lemons, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve over ice with thin lemon slices and a few mint leaves.
