Bali Tea N°315 is a delicately exotic blend from Dammann Frères, one of France’s oldest tea houses, founded in 1692, combining green tea and jasmine green tea, scented with lychee, grapefruit, bush peach, and rose essential oil, and adorned with flower petals. Subtly fruity, floral, and refreshing, it strikes a fine balance between fresh and exotic notes. Available in a 90g canister or in 24 individually enveloped tea bags; pour it alongside steamed fish or sushi, or with rose macarons.

Recipe idea

Bali Tea Fruit Mess

Serves 4 · 20 min + overnight infusing

Pour 1 cup (250 ml) of cold heavy cream into a jar with 2 tea bags (or 4 g of loose tea) of Bali Tea, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Strain the cream, pressing the tea well, then whip it with 2 tbsp of powdered sugar to soft peaks.
Gently fold in diced lychees, peach slices and pink grapefruit segments.
Spoon into glasses and top with crushed meringues just before serving.
