Spaghetti with Garlic Oil & Chili
- Cook 7 oz (200 g) of spaghetti in well-salted water.
- Meanwhile, warm 3 tbsp of the garlic olive oil very gently with a pinch of chili flakes, without letting it smoke.
- Toss the drained pasta with the warm oil and a splash of cooking water.
- Add chopped parsley and finish with a raw drizzle of garlic oil.
