Such are the notes of Vieux Oliviers Olive Oil from Domaine Salvator, an organic virgin olive oil from Provence PDO, made from matured Aglandau olives and cold-pressed to preserve their full aromatic complexity. Remarkably smooth and gentle, it shows very low pungency and bitterness. Enjoy it simply on warm sourdough bread with a pinch of sea salt, or, more daringly, over vanilla ice cream or a dark chocolate dessert.
