Christmas Spiced Hot Apple Juice

Serves 6 · 20 min

Pour 6 cups (1.5 l) of apple juice into a saucepan with 2 cinnamon sticks, 3 star anise, 4 cloves and a few strips of orange zest.
Simmer gently for 15 minutes, then strain.
Ladle into cups or heatproof glasses.
