Recipe idea

Floral Iced Oolong with White Peach

Serves 4 · 10 min + 2 h chilling

Brew 8 g of Jardin du Luxembourg tea in 2 cups (500 ml) of water at 194°F (90°C) for 5 minutes, then strain.
Stir in 1 tbsp of honey, then add 2 cups (500 ml) of cold water.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve over ice in tall glasses with thin slices of white peach, to highlight its golden color and floral notes.
