Recipe idea

Spiced Herbal Hot Chocolate

Serves 2 · 15 min

Bring 2 cups (500 ml) of milk just to a simmer, remove from the heat, add 2 sachets of Tisane de Noël and steep, covered, for 6 minutes.
Remove the sachets, pressing them gently to release all their flavor.
Return the pan to low heat and whisk in 2 oz (60 g) of chopped dark chocolate until smooth and frothy.
Sweeten with a little honey if you like and serve with a pinch of cinnamon on top.
