Carcadet Provence N°405 is a fruit infusion from Dammann Frères, one of France’s oldest tea houses, founded in 1692: hibiscus flowers, apple pieces, rosehip and orange peel are blended with flower petals and deliciously perfumed with apricot and peach. Refreshing and fruity, it pairs the hibiscus with the sunny sweetness of summer fruits. Free of theine, it suits any hour of the day, in a metal canister or as 24 individually wrapped Cristal® tea bags. Steep it five to six minutes in boiling water, let it cool, and serve it over ice with slices of fresh peach.
