Fruit Salad with Rose and Yuzu Honey

Serves 4 · 15 min + 15 min chilling

Whisk 1 tbsp of Honey & Yuzu with 1 tbsp of Honey & Rose and the juice of half a lime until smooth.
Cut 2 cups (300 g) of strawberries, 1 mango and 2 kiwis into bite-size pieces.
Add a handful of raspberries and toss gently with the honey dressing.
Chill for 15 minutes, then serve with fresh mint or a spoonful of fromage blanc.
