A golden Eiffel Tower on the jar, and Paris itself inside. Hédène’s Paris’ Honey is gathered near Longchamp by bees foraging across the city’s remarkable floral diversity, following its blossoms from mid-May to July before the July harvest, which makes each batch of this rare urban honey a seasonal rarity. Creamy and unctuous, it has a fresh, delicately green character and a subtle hint of mint. Presented in the house’s iconic 250g jar, adorned for the occasion, it makes a charming Parisian gift, or a treat on a morning croissant.
