Rooibos Oriental N°245 from Dammann Frères is a rooibos variation on the bouquet of flavors that defines that blend, composed with bergamot peel and flower petals. The natural sweetness of rooibos is delightfully paired with notes of passion fruit, peach, and wild strawberry, for a fruity cup, gentle at any hour of the day or evening. Available in a 100g canister or in 24 individually enveloped tea bags; serve it with coconut macaroons or a peach tart.

Recipe idea

Fruity Rooibos Chia Pudding

Serves 2 · 10 min + 4 h chilling

Steep 2 tea bags (or 4 g of loose tea) of Rooibos Oriental in 3/4 cup (180 ml) of water at 203°F (95°C) for 6 minutes, then remove the tea and let cool.
Stir in 1/2 cup (125 ml) of coconut milk, 1/4 cup (40 g) of chia seeds and 1 tbsp of maple syrup.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, stirring once after the first 15 minutes.
Serve topped with diced peach, sliced strawberries and passion fruit pulp.
