Mango Sorbet Iced Tea Float

Half dessert, half drink, each tall glass holds a scoop of mango sorbet slowly melting into chilled white tea, with toasted almonds on top: Dammann Frères’ Bella Blanca Iced Tea N°655, Paï Mu Tan flavored with mango and almond, is made for summer.

Serves 4 · 10 min + 2 h chilling

1. Infuse 1 bag of Bella Blanca Iced Tea in 4 cups (1 liter) of water at 176°F (80°C) for 4 minutes, then remove it.
2. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3. Place a scoop of mango sorbet in each of 4 tall glasses with a few cubes of fresh mango.
4. Pour the chilled tea over the sorbet, sprinkle with toasted sliced almonds and serve with a spoon and a straw.
