For its Bella Blanca Iced Tea N°655, Dammann Frères takes a fine Paï Mu Tan white tea with bergamot peel and flower petals, flavored with mango and almond and lifted by bergamot essential oil, in bags sized for one liter of iced tea. Its fresh, fruity natural notes give a round cup with a soft texture and a sweet, gourmet finish. Infuse one bag in 1 liter of hot water at 80°C for 4 minutes, let cool, and pour over ice into a pitcher; keep refrigerated and enjoy within 48 hours, with slices of mango or an almond tart.

Mango Sorbet Iced Tea Float

Serves 4 · 10 min + 2 h chilling

Infuse 1 bag of Bella Blanca Iced Tea in 4 cups (1 liter) of water at 176°F (80°C) for 4 minutes, then remove it.
Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Place a scoop of mango sorbet in each of 4 tall glasses with a few cubes of fresh mango.
Pour the chilled tea over the sorbet, sprinkle with toasted sliced almonds and serve with a spoon and a straw.
