Iced Chai Latte Pitcher

Serves 4 · 10 min + 2 h chilling

Steep 1 Chaï Iced Tea bag in 4 cups (1 liter) of hot water at 194°F (90°C) for 5 minutes, then remove it.
Stir in 3 tbsp of honey or brown sugar and let cool.
Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours; keep chilled and enjoy within 48 hours.
Serve over ice, topping each glass with a generous splash of cold milk and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
