Chestnuts (51.45%) • Sugar • Fig leaf infusion • Madagascar vanilla (0.06%). Made in a workshop that also handles nuts, milk, eggs and gluten.

Quick Mont-Blanc Cups

Serves 4 · 15 min

Whip 3/4 cup (180 ml) cold heavy cream with 1 tbsp powdered sugar to soft peaks.
Crumble 4 small store-bought meringues into 4 glasses and cover with the whipped cream.
Loosen 1/2 cup (150 g) of the chestnut spread with 1 tbsp milk, then pipe or spoon it over the cream in thin strands.
Dust with cocoa powder and serve right away.

Since 2013, the house has made fruit preserves centered on seasonal ingredients, traditional techniques, and authentic flavor. The fruit is carefully selected and cooked in small batches. From this patient work come gourmet jams, spreads, and fruit creations that honor French craftsmanship and the natural taste of the fruit, at breakfast as well as in desserts.
