Gentle enough for the most sensitive palates, festive enough for any Alsatian table. Domaine des Terres Rouges makes its mild Beer Mustard in Alsace by subtly blending yellow mustard seeds, for sweetness, with brown mustard seeds, for gentle strength, all rounded by the malty, slightly bitter notes of Alsatian beer. Serve it with grilled sausages, a choucroute, or a pretzel, or stir it into a sauce for a beef carbonade.
