Crisp Garlic Toasts

Serves 4 · 15 min

Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and slice a baguette on the diagonal.
Lay the slices on a baking sheet and mist both sides with the olive oil.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, until golden.
Rub each toast with a cut garlic clove and finish with a pinch of fleur de sel.
