Pink Ruby Hot Chocolate
- Finely chop the Plain Ruby chocolate bar (3.2 oz / 90 g).
- Heat 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) whole milk until steaming, without letting it boil.
- Off the heat, add the chocolate and whisk until melted and frothy, for a soft pink drink.
- Pour into 2 cups and sprinkle with a few crushed freeze-dried raspberries if you like.
