A Parisian macaron, as if dissolved into a cup of green tea. Macaron Cassis Violette Tea Bags N°313 are a playfully gourmet creation from Dammann Frères, one of France’s oldest tea houses, founded in 1692, inspired by that iconic pastry: the fresh, vegetal character of green tea meets the indulgent aromas of blackcurrant, biscuit, bitter almond, and violet, with a scattering of flower petals. Fresh, floral, and gourmet, it makes a thoroughly French cup. Pour it at afternoon tea, with violet macarons or a blackcurrant tart.
