Carcadet Passion Framboise N°539 is a naturally caffeine-free fruit infusion from Dammann Frères, one of France’s oldest tea houses, founded in 1692, blending hibiscus flowers, rosehip, apple and raspberry pieces, and flower petals, intensely flavored with passion fruit and raspberry. Deeply colored, lusciously fruity, and refreshing, it is available in a canister or in 24 individually enveloped tea bags. Serve it iced in summer, with fresh raspberries and a slice of lime.

Recipe idea

Raspberry Passion Fruit Spritzer

Serves 4 · 10 min + 1 h chilling

Steep 4 tea bags (or 8 g of loose tea) of Carcadet Passion Framboise in 2 cups (500 ml) of water at 203°F (95°C) for 6 minutes, then remove the tea.
Stir in 2 tbsp of sugar, let cool, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
Divide among 4 glasses filled with ice, adding a few raspberries and the pulp of 1 passion fruit.
Top up with sparkling water and serve with a slice of lime.
