Recipe idea

Festive Green Tea Shortbread

Makes 20 · 25 min + 30 min chilling

Cut open 2 tea bags of Noël en Laponie and finely grind the leaves with a mortar and pestle.
Beat 1/2 cup (115 g) of soft butter with 1/3 cup (70 g) of sugar, then add the tea, the zest of 1/2 orange, a pinch of salt and 1 1/3 cups (170 g) of flour.
Shape the dough into a log, wrap it and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Slice into 1/4-inch (5 mm) rounds and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12 to 14 minutes, until lightly golden.
