Recipe idea
Lemon Ginger Infusion with Rock Candy Sticks
- Simmer 6 thin slices of fresh ginger in 2 cups (500 ml) of water for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, add 2 lemon slices and steep for 2 more minutes.
- Strain into two cups.
- Serve each cup with a rock candy stick, one white and one brown, to stir slowly as it dissolves.
