Recipe idea

White Tea Roasted Apricots

Serves 4 · 30 min

Brew 2 tea bags (or 4 g of loose tea) of Passion de Fleurs in 1/2 cup (125 ml) of water at 176°F (80°C) for 4 minutes, then remove the tea and stir in 2 tbsp of honey.
Halve and pit 8 apricots and arrange them cut side up in a baking dish.
Pour the tea over the fruit, dot with a little butter and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
Serve warm with Greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream, drizzled with the cooking juices.
