The fire is lit, the tree is trimmed, and the house smells of orange and spice. Rooibos de Noël N°250, from Dammann Frères, one of France’s oldest tea houses, founded in 1692, is a naturally caffeine-free festive rooibos blended with real orange peel, ginger, pink peppercorns, and clove, and scented with gingerbread, bitter orange, and cherry. Well rounded, subtly woody, and gently spiced, it is a gourmand winter infusion for long evenings by the fire throughout the holiday season. Serve it with gingerbread or a slice of bûche de Noël.
