In Maison Perrotte’s Mango & Passion Fruit Jam, tender, sweet mango meets passion fruit, its fragrant sweetness brightened by a lively, slightly tart freshness. Vibrant and well balanced, the jam won a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole in 2015 and a bronze medal in 2018. Spoon it over Greek yogurt, or use it to fill a pavlova.

Recipe idea
Mango Passion Fruit Lassi
- Blend 1 cup (250 g) plain yogurt, 1/2 cup (120 ml) cold milk, 3 tbsp of the mango & passion fruit jam and a few ice cubes until smooth and frothy.
- Taste and add a little more jam if you like it sweeter.
- Pour into 2 glasses.
- Finish with a pinch of ground cardamom and serve right away.
The Maker
The seasons pass, and each leaves its fruit behind for whoever knows how to keep it. Maison Perrotte is a French artisanal jam house founded by Stéphan Perrotte, a world champion master jam maker. Since 2013, the house has made fruit preserves centered on seasonal ingredients, traditional techniques, and authentic flavor. The fruit is carefully selected and cooked in small batches. From this patient work come gourmet jams, spreads, and fruit creations that honor French craftsmanship and the natural taste of the fruit, at breakfast as well as in desserts.
