Recipe idea
Strawberries in Rose Sugar Syrup
- Dissolve 6 L’Envie en Rose sugars in 3 tbsp of hot water with 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- Hull and halve 1 lb (500 g) of strawberries and place them in a bowl.
- Pour the syrup over the berries, stir gently and chill for 30 minutes.
- Serve in small glasses, topped with torn mint leaves.
