Bali Herbal Tea N°426 from Dammann Frères is a caffeine-free blend of the two, adorned with flower petals and flavored with lychee, grapefruit, bush peach, and rose. Recipe idea

Lychee Grapefruit Herbal Cooler

Serves 4 · 10 min + 1 h chilling

Steep 4 tea bags (or 8 g of loose tea) of Bali Herbal Tea in 2 cups (500 ml) of water at 203°F (95°C) for 6 minutes, then remove the tea.
Stir in 2 tbsp of sugar, let cool, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
Divide among 4 glasses with crushed ice, a few lychees and some pink grapefruit segments.
Top up each glass with a splash of tonic water and serve immediately.
