In Carlux, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, Domaine de Béquignol, the family chocolatier and confectioner founded in 1972, selects a very flavorful hazelnut, roasts and caramelizes it, then coats it in fine dark chocolate and dusts it with cocoa. Dark couverture chocolate makes up 60% of the recipe and hazelnuts 30%, so the toasted nut and the chocolate share every bite. Presented in a 100g kraft box, they are a treat to keep within reach.
