In French, foudre means lightning, and this sauce earns its name. Sauce Martin makes its Foudre Hot Sauce in France from pure red habanero, which accounts for 38% of the recipe. It delivers a fierce, electrifying heat alongside the lively fruity and floral aromas characteristic of the habanero. Intense and uncompromising, it is meant for those who seek both power and complexity: a few drops at a time, in a marinade or over a chili con carne.
