Recipe idea

Fresh Mint Honey Lemonade

Serves 4 · 10 min + 1 h chilling

Steep 4 tea bags of Organic Herbal Mint in 2 cups (500 ml) of water at 203°F (95°C) for 6 minutes, then remove them.
Stir in 1/4 cup (60 ml) of honey until dissolved, let cool, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
Add the juice of 2 lemons and 2 cups (500 ml) of cold sparkling water.
Serve over ice with lemon slices and a few fresh mint leaves.
