Recipe idea
Provençal Yogurt Dip with Crudités
- Stir 2 tbsp of the Provençale mustard into 1 cup (250 g) Greek yogurt.
- Add 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp chopped basil and a little pepper, then taste and add more mustard if you like.
- Cut carrots, cucumber, radishes, bell peppers and celery into sticks.
- Serve the dip chilled, surrounded by the vegetables and a few breadsticks.
